its not that hard to do but good timing is seriously needed.
its one of my favourite food! nyum2.
so,today i would like to share the recipe with you.
tapi recipe ni,i just write down the things that my mom told me to do.
jadi,untuk lebih selamat..korang boleh la search recipe ni kat tempat lain.
their recipe would be more detail. ;)
Ingredients:
- 6 medium crabs,cleaned and halved. (yup2,i learnt how to siang ketam that day too! )
- bawang merah - three or four biji.
- cili (preferably cili padi) - 15 keping
- kunyit - about 2 inch.
- 1 cup of santan.
- salt to taste
- kisar bawang guna pengisar/blender.
- tumbuk cili & kunyit + secubit garam.
- panaskan api & masukkan about 1/4 air ke dalam kuali.
- masukkan bawang merah yang dikisar tadi,cili,dan kunyit ke dalam kuali.
- tunggu sehingga mendidih,kemudian masukkan ketam ke dalam kuali.
- when it looks like its boiling,masukkan santan ke dalam masakan.
- rasa masakan & tambah garam jika tak cukup rasanya.
